Well, our normal... and I guess you could say "Inside the box" sources of energies are slowly crumbling and blowing off into the wind of our hopes and dreams. BUT Don't be alarmed, scared, and/or frightened dear children because the wonderful people in Portugal have found one of hopefully many more solutions to our problems.
The great citizens of Portugal have created none other than:
A WAVE FARM! (omg like wowza yo!)
Yup.... a wave farm, kind of like the wave pool at soak city except this magical contraption takes the force waves make and turns it into clean, renewable energy.
See, remember that wind of our hopes and dreams I was talking about in the first sentence? Well, that wind happens to be the force to make those waves so I guess all our hopes and dreams are really becoming real, and that it's not JUST a fairy-tale.
This wave farm is the FIRST of its kind.... and soon (so I hope) there will be many more. :D
Oh.. and by the way the farm is called Agucadoura, which probably means wave farm in portuguese... the native tongue for people in portugal.

I think I would love to be a wave farmer. It would be like a surfer, but actively good for the environment, and you wouldn't be such a bum.
